RETURN EASY

- Did you purchase the wrong size?

- Does the product received have manufacturing defects?

Send the return request, wait for confirmation and send your package back.

Upon receipt of the product following checks by the Football.Store team, a refund will be made using the method used during the purchase phase, excluding shipping costs incurred.

It is possible to return one or more ordered items in cases where an incorrect size or product was ordered, or the goods present defects and/or damage.

- the return request must be submitted no later than 7 days from receipt of the order, by email indicating the order number and the reason for the return (possibly attaching images).

- once the request is accepted, the item must be returned to Football.Store according to the methods and instructions provided by the staff.

- once the return has been received, the staff will check the status of the item and that the codes correspond to those on sale in our store.

- once the inspection has taken place, if compliant, a refund of the returned purchase will follow.

Returned items must necessarily be in their original condition, must not show signs of wear and/or use and must be accompanied by the original box or packaging including any accessories. The original boxes of the returned products must not show breakages or signs of damage and must be shipped without any type of support (scotch tape, stickers or labels) applied on top, but inserted in an additional wrapping (cardboard or envelope) on which the shipping labels.

The refund will take place within 15 days of receipt of the goods in our warehouses.

We do not accept returns of products with damaged original packaging.

We do not accept returns of personalized products.

Returned items will be inspected by Football.Store staff who reserve the right to refuse the return based on what is described above.
